These terms describe use of Softcare Business at softcarebusiness.com. They cover reading the website and sending material through its contact features. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use those features. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

What the website provides

Softcare Business publishes independent guides to email marketing software, newsletters, deliverability, CRM and the tools around them. Softcare Business is an independent publication. It is not an email service provider, a CRM vendor, or a party to your contract with any tool mentioned in an article.

Using the information responsibly

Treat a comparison, statistic or price as a starting point. Confirm current plans, limits, data-processing terms and features on the provider’s own site before you subscribe, migrate a list or change DNS records. Tool pricing, feature lists and inbox-placement claims change. A recommendation can become outdated, and moving a list or a sending domain can affect delivery.
